Saw this video by Arab Superman about how aspirin helps bonesmashing become more effective. Summary from the video: When bonesmashing you give the bone time to heal and not creating enough trauma to create bone growth and using aspirin (blood thinner) extends the time it takes to heal and a quote from the vid in this is “
Subperiosteal hematoma ossification is when a collection of blood (hematoma)
under the bone's outer membrane (periosteum turns into new bone, often after trauma or in conditions like neurofibromatosis, creating a hard mass that looks like a bone tumor but is usually benign and resolves with time or watchful waiting.” This all just comes down to trying to get hematomas for new bone. I know he’s been exposed for his protocols (I believe) but wanted to see if this is cope or an actual method.

You should be dosing aspirin regardless it’s anti estrogenic and prevents inflammation of the brain

100mgs a day in post menopausal women, shows estradiol inhibition

Shows inhibition of oxidative stress, correlative study so no dosing

300mgs a day lowers cortisol on awakening
