Lately I have been going into bonesmashing. My conclusion has been that growing your bones with it is truly bs , what you can do on the other hand is create inflammation. The dead blood vessels create the thing bonesmashers call “bones” but it’s actually cartilage. Muay Thai fighters some boxers and martial art fighters hit their elbows fist and shins into hard surface to create cartilage. It will work as an extra protection when they hit someone. It is the same principle as bonesmashers think but it’s not bones that grow its cartilage. Then I though well if you do this during puberty will it stunt the bone growth and after puberty will this smashing build the same as cartilage.

Yeah I googled it thanks. Do you think you could hematoma smash
yeah thats the point. you smash until you get a hematoma, and the inflammation will eventually transform into hard cartilage (similar to cauliflower ear) if it continues to be exposed to trauma
interesting theory but im not sure how anatomically accurate it is for cartilage to be in the face

just smash ur face every day until you get hematomas where you want them and keep smashing for about 1-2 months, keep those hematomas and dont let the inflammation wear off
