Bonesmashing without assymetry

I been bonesmashing 3,4x week
Infras,zygo,chin.(Using hammer) when I see a photo of my face gotten very assymetrical
I hear some dudes talking about apply polythene or any oils to prevent friction,covering hammer with cotton or plastic cover while smashing.
No idea about it.
how can I prevent assymmetry and do evenly bonsmash.

Assymetry is unlikely, bone growth isnt that quick.

True, growth is too minimal to cause noticeable asymmetry, if there is any it will be in such small amounts you can’t even tell.
