I've already had a pretty decent base I feel when it comes to my bones but recently I've been bonesmashing with a conditioning stick for about 2 weeks now and noticed progress and I don't think it's fibrosis. atleast I think so. my zygos, gonions, browridge and jawline all are way more prominent now and my cheeks are hollow without me even mewing or locking in lol. I've been trying to avoid my ramus because everytime I do it there I've been hitting blood vessels and I'm also trying not to develop my browridge too much so I don't look like an uncanny ogre. my family members have noticed that I look way better but to be fair that was swelling so yeah. if i notice anymore progress I will come back and make a part 2.

Bro it takes like a year or at least 6 months for permanent fibrosis and no bones grow
