Ai will always tell u not to bonesmash but it literally contradicts itself and just proves it works. Hammering controlled and cyclic pressure will generate periosteal hematomas which accumulate blood coagulations and scarring tissue which mimic bone. Bonesmashing works and stop coping do it consistently and result will come. The only side effect is asymmetry which is already common in human skeletal structure and won’t even be noticeable.
