Bonesmashing works. My eye area/brow ridge was wide open at age 16.

Don't have pictures showcasing my browridge at 16 however at 20 it is very defined and masculine.

Same goes for my jaw area which was disgusting and non masculine.

If you've ever seen a somali man's eye area you'll see how the brow ridge isn't very defined.

Now even foids rate me 6/7 on servers/Reddit.

Anyone who says otherwise of it working is cope.

Possible but my brother and father have weak brow ridge.

I remember a thread of a 5000yo somali male and his ridge was also extremely weak.

Yes. This was the point when I discovered the BP and hit the weak ridge everyday/every other day.

Jaw/chin improved but aren't overtly striking.
