i dont know why everyone denies it

whenever i bonesmash (properly) i feel my bone grow more and more over the week after, when the swelling goes away there is a sort of "ridge" on the area that i hit the most/hardest that is elevated above the rest of the bone

honestly in a few years i feel like people will know it and my words will be marked

jews are working overtime to make sure no one knows yet though

yeah i think it does, the first 5 or so times i have bonesmashed my right cheekbone it hurts a lot but the last time i did i hit really hard and it didn't hurt at all on impact i think i numbed the area from doing it too much

it was bad because i hit too hard because i didn't know because i couldn't feel and i got a massive swollen area

How do you bonesmash properly. Ice heard you need to Cover the Swelling with make up. Do You have Reference pics? I wanna start but idk if it’s cope

Everyone says sth different

And how Hard do you need to Hit. Zygomatic bones as an example

How do you bonesmash properly.
to be honest i feel like i have some of the best knowledge on how to increase effectiveness of bonesmashing and i could make a guide

but that would really mess things up, especially for me since i can barely look any better by growing bone, my main failo is bone is positioned weird rather than not grown enough

that as well as i don't want some kid to go blind or something and it be because i told him bonesmashing could grow his bone

no, if you don't want people to ask you why you are bruised/have swelling then you can just think of an excuse
Do You have Reference pics?
i do but i don't wanna dox and also the change doesn't show up as well on camera, could easily just claim it's an angle or lighting or bf% difference
I wanna start but idk if it’s cope
i don't think you should start, the risk is still very high and sometimes when i do it i wonder if all the risk is worth it just to go from lltn to hltn

i can't really give reference but it should be fairly hard, more so than people think

like @ekil73_yt (old user who taught me about bonesmashing) said, in order to grow bone you need to hit very hard and do it very fast

if you do decide to bonesmash i'm sure you can judge what the best amount of force is that won't leave you with a permanent injury

i genuinely believe in 5-10 years bonesmashing will be "mainstream"

I feel like the risk makes it unjustifiable tho

it could be easily proved with X-rays, and nobody has done it yet; it's cope.
