Bonesmashing works?

I've been bonesmashing, along with mewing and nose breathing the last 8 months. It's controversial, half of people say it's cope and half it works. I've seen genuine improvement, I want to know what you think. Both pics are at the same bodyfat %, no jutting

Its going to improve a bit since it causes inflamation but mostly its just a meme you aint turning from boneless chud to chad thundercock with bonesmashing

True, real significant skeletal change definetly won't be achievable with bonesmashing, but by my experience I think it can only slightly help.

yes but u get brused which just turns woman off

Swelling in the zygomatic (cheekbone) area can last up to around 7 days. This is normal, as the tissue and bone lining become irritated and need time to recover. The swelling usually goes down gradually on its own as long as the area is allowed to rest and isn’t exposed to further trauma.

Interesting. But 8 months is a lot of time your skull could change naturally in that time. In your circumstances though it seems like swelling. But also your ramus looks more defined, and as you say If your not jutting your chin looks more prominent, but not in the good way. seems like you have more of an under bite.
