No. Most facial changes that occur are from scar tissue fibrosis and temporary swelling not actual structural change. But scar tissue fibrosis can give an illusion of better bones, so if thats what your going for then go ahead. However, you need to apply a lot of force and most the time it would lowk js fuck you up if you don't do it properly by making you asymmetrical and shit.
