Yesterday Before bonesmashing session (inward gonions)


Its been a week since i started bonesmashing whilst taking 200g of white sugar + 3l of milk every single day . Idc if this is lermanent from my experince the results last 1 day i bonesmash everyday to keep uo with the results cos bonesmashing is great . It almost looks like i had some jaw implants in the after pic . It can literaly fix your flaws . I dont know how high inhib you gotta be not to bonesmash.

also check if bone depositions is happenig after swelling is gone or not
