You have to know the difference between good stress and bad stress, for me it is usually 10 minutes whole face, as soon as i feel the stress has turned into piercing pain, i stop, then it takes usually 2 weeks or more to heal. dont do again until completely healed, and then some.

don't overdo it. when you do it again, the feeling of the hit should feel like when you did it the first time. if you can do it everyday, it means you did not do it properly the first time. what method, and tool do you use for the hits?

I used my fist before, but I hit too hard and didn’t even do it for 2 minutes. This time, I’ll use a hammer so I can target more accurately.

the bones adapt to the stress applied, They grow back stronger. But dont expect huge miracles.
