All of then have crazy bones in face as mentioned. Im not saying it works but im asking if it really just is a meme or if it works for some.

I have a friend that did it for months and his zygos especially are alien like now. He hasnt done it in months so its not swelling

But it really doesn't work and there aren't any trustable studies about it.
Its not recommendable and can do nothing good in the short or long term(unless nerve damage is your goal)

it rly works i tried it but becareful if you dont know where to hit, idk why clav says it doesnt work when it does but apart of him most people that says it doesnt work never tried it, if u rly want more bonemass do it but i would recommend to stop bonesmashing when you think its enough over days, weeks or months because if u do it too much you will definitly look uncanny
