Why wouldn't you bonesmash, I really don't see a reason to not try it.
There's a theory behind it, what if you try it and it'll be proven right, how would you know if you'll never try.
If you're htn+ you shouldn't take the risk, but if you're below that why wouldn't you?
"I'll deform my face" your face is already deformed and asymmetrical, why wouldn't you try it?
Might be a deformity speedrun, but we're already unattractive so why would it matter?
