I want to point out Bonesmashing and how many people call it complete cope, my opinion is 50/50 because hitting a hammer or even doing it with ur fingers rather would cause micro trauma rather than stress the bone. Let’s get straight to the point, chrondrocytes are the main cartilage cell that builds up after ,,injury”. chrondrocytes can only be boosted by either genetically having strong ones or boosting them artificially, well after osteoclasts destroy the cartilage, a bone layer that could be minimal stays on the bone as in result of a permanent change and the effect rises with stronger and better chrondrocytes. It isnt superpsychological but yet some people wanna say cope about bonesmashing even when they don’t know a thing

bonesmashing while being natty is cope it only works if you are on some form of test/hgh boostng peptides/sarms/anabolics
all of the peoply posting bonesmashin results are injecting
