Off personal experience I did it on the zygos for around 4 months didn’t notice a lot but I’d say it’s worth doing but guys who have been doing it for over years say they have seen growth directly from doing it just dont bruise yourself annoying asf to hide and not worth going that hard.

I get milk maybe would work through your childhood (all developmental years) but the sugar thing is restarted you can get any noticeable change from a short spike in insulin
