Yeah according to Wolf's law
the pressure on bones make it stronger, bigger in long term.
But the results may be visible after 2 months or more .

Does bonesmashing really work

It doesn’t actually increase bone mass it just creates hard scar tissue around the affected areas of bone that amplify its looks
If done consistently, correctly and carefully then you can actually see real results im speaking from experience
