the theory of it may work but surely not by smashing it. When you smash a specific area (like zygomatic) you literally give off all that pressure n stress on soft tissues and literally extremely minimal-to-no pressure on the bone
It works mark at solution

generally, cope due to high risk of CTE

inflammation causes some prominence in skin

there is some literature to suggest that it works, but scar tissue would grow VERY little amounts (generally unnoticable for the effort put in) and unevenly. would also take lots of conditioning to the bone (not skin) like muay thai fighters.

unless ur consistently hitting ur face with a hammer, full cope

To an extent does not exist. Either it works or it doesnt work
when i said "to an extent" i mean that its not gonna magically grow your bones and make them like sean o prys or sum shit
im saying that it works but not how you imagine it to
speaking from experience it is temporary and can give you a pump but a bruise as well.
idk if it is a proven method but ive been doing it for 2 weeks, maybe i gotta do it for longer to see permanent results.

the return on investment is shit with the amount of time put in into implementing wolfs law will not give you the results you such desire

doesn't work on facial bones since they are fragile and hollow, it only works on shin bones and knuckles, elbows...
