Can anybody link a bonesmashing thread or just tell me how to do it thanks
 
why not read? after reading i came to the conclusion to give him some solid advice cus i feel bad for the poor guy

1. bonesmashing DOES work, people who do it and dont see results just arent hitting their bones hard enough. you should be getting decent swelling from each hit, and using a heavy, heavy hammer is ideal. do it once every couple of hours, and pair with a diet high in sugar to spike igf1 levels for bone growth.

2. also combine with thumbpulling, which DOES work, but you must do it every 30 minutes.

3. Masai jumps also work, jumping causes your leg bones which are the strongest ones in the body to break and grow back.
