oh my god, fags will talk about wolfs law and not even know what it is. You need regular tension and compression cycles on the bone so that there is a midpoint for where the bone will strengthen, that is not gonna happen on ur facial bones.

yeh wolfs law literally does not work through applying pressure on ur face. It needs tension AND compression to then meet at a midpoint for it to then strengthen. The improvements uve seen are scar tissue forming from the contant smacking or ur still in puberty so obv ur bones are gonna grow

wdym by tension and compression

bonesmashing will only fuck up ur face more :tired:

axial compression, think of ur legs for example, there in a singular direction of tension and compression along it. For ur facial bones, there are multiple different directions for the weight bearings to go and it often just gets dissapated. Also ur facial bones are thin and constrained by sutures so the growth from wolfs law is non existent, its largley genetic

The mechanism is still unclear, it’s not subperiosteal hematomas as forming them is irregular and they would never stay in place long enough to ossify, it’s not wolf’s law as facial bones operate differently from long bones like ur femur, and the newest theory has a name but i forgot it, something to do with scar tissue formation.

Realistically the mechanism hasnt been clearly identified and wont be for a long time as scientists aren’t going to be running bonesmashing studies, although people in the community such as Anton have started having their followers be Guinea pigs for him to see if it has empirical results jfl.

That being said, there’s plenty of people anecdotally on this forum that have seen progress with it. Notable examples being Androgenic and the jester kent, but they both had heavy androgen use involved in the process as well.

Tldr: 750 tren and hammer
