Bones dont remodle from random hits they adapt when controled steady force tells bone cells to slowly reoganise over weaks or months like braces do real mechancal research shows bone cells react to consistant loading trigering remodeling only in those safe conditions not blunt trauma smashing just sends an injury signal causing inflamation and repair of the same shape instead of reshapng the body focuses on healing not redesign so bones can adapt to stress but only the right kind applied slowly and stedily not from hitting your face i think we all now that by now dont do things jst cuz claviclur said so
