Have done my chin recently actually but I have a tall chin so I don’t really need to bonesmash and maybe 45 minutes to 60

The reason I started bone smashing was because I had bone assymetry but I bone smashed one zygote a lil more then the other and they have been shown increase in thickness, aswell as my brow ridge to I have been doing it for around 3 maybe 5 months it depends on your starting point

if you have 2 symmetrical cheekbones you can bone smash them but you have to be very exact, like using the same number of reps and force on the same areas so they don’t grow asymmetrical

bonesmashing doesn’t really do anything other than giving you inflammation unless you are doing it for months and months. You look hella young still so I would probably wait to see how your bones grow out naturally and then see where you want more definition
