How long until Bonesmashing journey do ppl stop doing it to the point of face getting bruised and swollen because every creator that did it like zeta, Clav, Kent etc I never see them with the same side effects that they used to get do they stop doing it completely or do they just do it much more softly since they’ve ascended?

depending on the area and how hard u do it.
