Does bonesmashing actually work. I am relatively new to these and i've seen both positive and negative opinions on bonesmashing. what is the science behind it. and does it actually guarantee symmetrical bone growth?

got it.

There is a part of my fingers that rub against each other from sport, and it's built up to be a hard bony permanent bump

You just have to lightly cause inflammation in an area and do it every day a few times to prevent it from recovering so it will ossify

can you please shut up about wolffs law, you're not causing osteoblast responses by hitting yourself in the face with a towel

fibrosis is the real mechanism behind bonesmashing.

yes

I genuinely have no idea what these ppl are saying but ive been bonesmashing for the past 9 months and it definitely gave me more bonemass. My zygo projection is insane and my mandible looks much more dense. Bonesmashing definitely works and I have seen results

how did you go about doing it

I knew that bonesmashing obviously causes cte if you go too hard in the wrong setting, so while I bonesmashed, I made sure I was always laying on a soft surface like a pillow or my bed to help absorb the shock from hitting my face. I also made sure to not go too hard as overdoing it can cause injuries. The progress for me has not been amazingly fast, but it definitely works as long as you know how to do it.

clav made a video on it, dont trust a randumb retard youll get CTE
I replied to the other guy but I already know that bonesmashing causes cte if you dont do it properly. If you can find the other one than read it but I'll js write a simple version. I bonesmashed with head on bed and/or pillow to absorb shock and I didn't go too hard and I only did it every other day to give time for my face to heal and so that I don't injure myself severely.

maybe give more time I think your suppose to do it in sets thought the day and give 1-2 week rest kind of like gym but I might be wrong
