i have read several articles and watched several videos, everybody had there different opinion about bonesmashing so i myself gonna try it for 1 week and tell yall if its a cope or not(hope it doesn’t damage my already damaged brain jfl)

but still good advice

if you are actually going to bonesmash with the purpose of growing bone main takeaways are

smash fast and hard (don't hit same spot for more than ~15 seconds)

and allow a lot of time for recovery

also extremely important don't bonesmash too close to infras and never directly on infras
