When i do bs it doesnt look swollen, i need to touch so i can tell if is swollen or not.
Is this normal? It doesnt look swollen but it is if touch.

It doesn’t usually look swollen unless you hit super hard for a long period

you a big OG and i hear mixed opinions on bonesmashing for perm results. If im roidmaxing and do it maybe twice a day hard will i make some gains or just copeIll never quit cus the pumps are too peak tho
