i tried bonesmashing, not expecting real results. idk about what other people might think abt this, but i dont think it can realistically change ur bones. what it can definitely do it swell up an area, giving a more projected look depending on where u do it. i tried this using a lego. it was obviously as a joke but i got real results. this can definitely be used as a temporary upgrade, but doing it too much could probably hurt you overtime. here are my results. picture 1 and 2 are before , 3 and 4 are directly after. i only did this to my zygos, but theres a clear difference. i obviously didnt go until i gave myself micro fractures, which idk if thats even possible. but i went hard enough for it to hurt. the swelling did calm down pretty quickly, and the redness was gone within a few hours, but i can easily cover this with bb cream or even tinted spf. the 5th pic was a day later, but the area was still a bit swollen. im considering that i do this as a sort of fraud only for events, but idk would i fuck up my face? pic 5 is the lego btw, the tip does have a few bumps and sharper edges which did give me a small cut, but nothing seriously damaged. the lego did have enough mass to give me results though

I certainly notice a difference, even though there is different lighting. I'm very uneducated on bonesmashing, however I wonder if it is essentially similar to the practice of Koreans patting their face to improve skin. Since it improves circulation and helps with lymphatic drainage.

Once again, I know almost nothing about bonesmashing so take my thoughts lightly.

yea this not benefiting my skin in any way😭 the lighting is different, but even in a normal bathroom lighting the difference was very noticeable to me

would that rly have any difference it seems like my lego worked. or would the hammer be easier with it being a flat surface

Interesting, I have a good rubber mallet I could use maybe? I wouldn't touch it until after my DNP cycle since that's fairly "harsh" on the body.

I also think bonesmashing could have potential, since MMA fighters do something similar with their shin to thicken up the bone, except much harsher than the face lol.

yeah and its heavier, make sure to use Vaseline on areas of contact to avoid scar tissue and skin damage

no results are instant, a couple of minutes after bonesmashing you’ll see results. its not actually doing anythinf to your bones though, so it goes away like any other swollen area, if anything it goes away quicker. its been like 5 days, i can still the swelling but its not too noticeable visually
