it worked for me but idk if it was just puberty or anything else but i saw a difference and i mean long term. dont listen to these guys saying its only for a short time and the swelling will go away thats not what happened to me!

Yes the mechanical tension forms ostioblast and more blood flow to the bone causing it to get larger but it depends on the bone the zygo and brow ridge tend to grow with bonesmashing more than other bones
