I’ve been bonesmashing for a while now (6 months) I’ve Seen Slot of Progress on my zygo does , I’ve Seen some Shit that Like you Can bonesmash near the eye area or something like that,does anyone know if thats true or cope and if Yes where do i bonesmash

i mean I normally use a Hammer But lately been using just my knuckles but Yh a Hammer is lwk better ,i bonesmash normally once or twice per day until the zygos is red/Pink and pumped up
