yes, usually its just swelling in most cases which can make ur face appear bloated or temporally bigger in sum places. also remember BS doesn't grow ur bones it just forms scar tissue underneath the skin around where your hitting.

swelling is unavoidable and can look good, but if you hit it wrong, your face can look a bit bloated
