I've been doing bonesmashing on and off for a while now my parents caught me last time because of bruises I want to start properly bonesmashing again any advice on how to get rid of the coloring in the bruises I use bb cream already but I shows through

first of all use knuckles if u dont already and use concealer for ur skintone if bb cream isnt enough and u will get less bruises over time

Put a towel over the mouth of the hammer and do it for just a few minutes you don't need to do it until you have bruises

Okay thank you should I not hit superhard then just for a few minutes lightly ?

for me i dont even see bruises anymore because im bsing for abt 4 weeks nonstop now and bruises are just part of the process but they fade over time
