he did this... Dont smash everything.. Start with browridge.. Than after 4 months or as long as you want start chin.... Then cheekbones... U can change the order... But smash these 3 only... For lower third.. Chewmaxx.. I have a thread.. If chewing Done for longer time for like 2 years.. It can transform lower third...don't smash these groups all at once or smash two at once... Smash the other group after 5 months or more of smashing them... Use soft stones to smash
