Has nothing to do with the bone
Expanding outward any results you’re going to see is from scar tissue buildup
Which can and will happen if you do, it consistently it’s not cope in that way, but you’re gonna have to do it for a while to see real scar tissue buildup

A school friend of mine did it for 8 months. he definitely doesn't have the money for surgery, and he really changed noticeably. Obviously, I'm not saying it's safe or that it should be done, but I'd be lying if I said he didn't change.

It doesn't mean that bone actually grew there anyway.
