Lately I've been trying to figure out if bonsmashing works or not
I realized for sure that it is far from safe, since there are a lot of nerves on our face that we can easily damage
some people write that if you have swelling or bleeding, then you are doing everything right, but this is far from the case, it means that you have touched some important part of the face
Maybe I'm just too naive, but some people aren't much different from me.
