So the best overall country appears to be Russian women due to the following reasons:
1.) D+ cups #1 overall
2.) White #1 SMV
3.) 26 BMI (this is almost top ten but BMI adequate for fat percentage/waist slices. They could have a higher than average amount of muscle mass or it could just be their massive titties and they have thin waists.
4.) Highest levels of females to males on earth
5.) Consensus is they have the most beautiful faces.
As for the personality I can't help you on that. Just pray it's not like American females.
