TLDR From what I read:

• Feminine neotenous faces are most attractive for women.
• Masculine faces are most attractive for men.
• Babies can recognize who's attractive because we are hardwired to recognize ugly and attractive people.

That's pretty much it. The rest is fluff to say "We don't yet know XYZ" and some pictures.
