Writing this because I'm so fucking pissed I picked up a book that was shit and full of ultra normie advice. Anyone ever read a book only to feel pissed after finishing it?

most books are copy paste dogshit from authors who love the smell of their own farts

it's about how the book goes through you, not how many you read

self help books are mostly a meme aside from like 5-10 of them that have different approaches

I picked up The YouTube Formula by Derral Eves and already in the introduction he says your first 100 videos will be horrible and fail and get no views, when 80% of my favourite YouTubers managed to make something viral in their first 10 videos when they were like 13. Also, another book I fully read contained examples that contradicts this. I didn't read past the introduction.

sci-fi but a unique type of sci-fi in that it has a lot of blackpill concepts like genetic destiny and some people being subhuman. Basically set in the far future where humans are genetically engineered to fit a caste system. It's YA but not the shitty kind of YA.
