I have great expierience but my base to start was already good.

And only do filler if u are lean or it will look uncanny.

Overall great sucess.

Felt very uncomfy and fake after but I went to a Party and got complimented so often

Where will you place the filler, what filler are you going to use, and what will 3ml cost?

In not fully sure yet. Wanna hear what the consultant reccomends, but Im inclined towards cheek area for added support under eyes. If thats the case, I would use Voluma. They have a campaign now for 25% off so 3 ml would cost me 740 euros.

That is a good price, be careful to not place too much though, 3ml is a lot, especially if you're just gonna have it in one place.
On the other hand, you still don't wanna be conservative.

Do you have any recession in your malar area as of now? If not 3ml will probably be quite a lot, and results might end up with a feminine look.

Thanks for good reply, bro. I dont think I have any malar recessions, but Im going to let them check for it. I dont think I will put 3 ml om cheeks. Maybe 1 ml on each side, and 1 ml on chin for a little more projection. However, I dont think I need it in the chin. Maybe I will go for 2 ml then.

I had 0,4ml on each side of cheekbones and it was very noticeable! Be careful this area looks very fast uncanny

Jawline and chin you can easily go for 3ml

Thanks for the feedback! How was your cheekbones before procedure? Did you have protrusion and are they high set?

I'm not a great fan of filler to areas that would otherwise be facial fat. Can have a feminine look + they can migrate

I've had fillers (Aliaxin GP) to areas of the face to enhance bone mass (only ramus, cheekbones - for side projection, as have a narrow-ish face) and that worked well. It's also lasted much longer (+2 years and I think there's still a good 70% left!).

I went over the top on the cheek bones and 1ml in total was too much, I had to wait for it to naturally dissipate before it looked more natural.

I'd suggest go for smaller amounts and you can add more if needed

Thanks for the good reply, man! I also thought of injecting for more projection to the sides as I have decent cheekbones, but it is completely flat to the side of the cheeks.

I recommend it for side projection. You'll likely only need 0.25-0.33 or so per cheekbone. I got 0.5ml per cheekbone and it was too much.

I also had chin filler for projection in the past and that worked well but did migrate a little, so I ended up having a genioplasty to correct my chin. Had a 1cm genio, whereas filler can only add absolute max 5mm, but probably less.

Damn, thats just a little bit. You get a big difference with such little filler? What was the genioplasty for? Was your chin somewhat decent before the surgery?

Well no, I had 1ml filler for my cheeks, but looking at old pics (and the odd comment from people) it was too much. I think 0.7ml total would be enough but it's up to you. You can always book a top-up session. It's always easier to add more

Side profile chin was lacking. I had a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon and she agreed I had mild chin recession but otherwise, a strong maxilla and a perfect bite (occlusion).

I persisted to get 1cm to my chin projection. she agreed but said it would be the max she would go to!

I am looking to do the same. If you make an update post, I would appreciate a tag. One of those things where you can never know too much about it before you have it done, at risk of uncanniness.

Good luck to you man. I am satisfied with mine (tear trough only). Mine was only 1 ml total. Keep in mind that after it's done it will take a while for the swelling to go down and whatnot. So don't freak out right afterwards and think that they don't look good. Give it time to heal. You may also have needle/puncture mark bruises on your face so you may want to avoid going to events where you need to look good.

I also found this article on how long fillers may last which you may be interested in.
