im on setraline aswell aswell as olanzapine, to fix the weight gain problem i just take a shit ton of stimulants to supress my appetites but it seems to make me more anxious

vyvanse 50mg, I go days without eating when im on it its great for supressing appetite.
The problem is that it does interact with meds, it helps me with my depression maybe even more than setraline jfl cus it boosts mood, but it causes the worst anxiety and panic attacks
