Today’s generation is misssin out a very important aspect for our brains Health which is boredom. Boredom was totally normal back in the days while we today are constantly busy rotting away on the internet. Boredom is seen as an action that must be avoided or can not really be embraced. Tho boredom is actually pretty amazing and important for several things.While it not only affects our dopamine levels in a positive way it also has immense assets as something to be aware of and include into your every day routine. As an example instead of checking social media on the train you could sit enjoy the view, nature and have some much needed silence of distractions.
