Trust me this Shit is more interesting than it seems so plis take Ur time and Read.

In modern days world where distractions are everywhere and unavoidable our brains are overstimulated throughout the whole day. Today’s generation is misssin out a very important aspect for our brains Health which is boredom. Boredom was totally normal back in the days while we today are constantly busy rotting away on the internet. Boredom is seen as an action that must be avoided or can not really be embraced. Tho boredom is actually pretty amazing and important for several things. While it not only affects our dopamine levels in a positive way it also has immense assets as something to be aware of and include into your every day routine. As an example instead of checking social media on the train you could sit enjoy the view, nature and have some much needed silence of distractions.

So what do yo gain from boredom you may ask? While you don’t miss out on anything other than NSFW threads on org you’re doing sth good for you mental health and overall well-being. Other than being mentally in the moment and seeing things you would miss otherwise Boredom has the following direct effects.

Sparks creativity

Studies show boredom activates the default mode network in the brain, which is linked to imagination and problem-solving so you might come up with new ideas or topics to post here.

Many people report their best ideas come when they’re doing “nothing”. So it’s similar to taking a walk showering or staying up all night thinking about your onetis.

•Self reflection

It helps you assess what truly matters to you and whether your current activities align with your goals this could be the ascension youre thriving for or just happyness.

These quiet times can lead to personal insight (what and when everything has gone wrong) and emotional growth which is essential for relationships.

•Motivation to change

Boredom pushes you to seek new challenges, hobbies, or learning opportunities.

Essentially, boredom can be the emotional nudge that moves you out of stagnation, depression and thoughts of roping.

•Restores Mental energie

Constant input in your Brain can lead to burnouts. However boredom helps your mind stay clear and boosts productivity in the Long run.

Side Note: Music is the Devil. It is insane how much music plays a role in your behaviour and well-being while constantly overwhelming your Brain. Try to Limit music input to your brain and avoid music that has „depressive vibes“ and get some slick party and mood boosting music in your ears.

So next time you say „im bored“…

Be bored!
