yeah definitely get implants NOT fat grafting (or only fat grafting) cause they’ll looks worse with only fat grafting when your older, this goes for anyone but especially you, some can get away with it.

Why? Fillers aren’t permenant and will sag the area if overdone and fat grafting won’t give enough volume and will just sag when I get old and itl look like I need blepho or wtv the surgery is called to remove the fat

Well, is not that black and white, there’s cases when fillers or fat grafting is more appropriate than implants. The decision is ultimately between him and his doctor. I had fillers in my infra orbitals to correct negative orbital vector and under eye hollows, it was successful and looks very natural, so I can personally attest to its effectiveness.
