yeah definitely get implants NOT fat grafting (or only fat grafting) cause they’ll looks worse with only fat grafting when your older, this goes for anyone but especially you, some can get away with it.

I also have some discolouration caused by low fat genetics in that region so it’ll help smoothen it out

Why? Fillers aren’t permenant and will sag the area if overdone and fat grafting won’t give enough volume and will just sag when I get old and itl look like I need blepho or wtv the surgery is called to remove the fat
