Is 10mg of boron 2 weeks on 1 week off going to raise my estrogen? Do i need to lower the dose to ensure it doesnt increase my estrogen is or is the current amount fine

5 days on 2 days off, I’m taking 5mg for now and will prob increase, it’s just that 10mg had scientific like it shown results of increased estrogen

if during puberty and taken with good timing, like 5 days on 2 days off to ensure no increase in estrogen so plates don’t close, you’ll see a 25% in total testosterone which is crazy difference, also a supplement can’t be cope? Like what, basically saying if u take vitamin it’s cope and won’t have effects

In the study they used 10mg for a week and free tesr increased alot and estrogen reduced alot but then 4 weeks estrogen increases alot
