Yeah it's been said but salludon mogs PSL wise. He's probably got a more ideal lower 3rd than amnesia too. But on another note, prime gandy wasn't THAT hard to mog. There are some less known models out there that mog him. Rare though.

PSL wise theyre very very close.

Amnesia's eye area kinda lacks tbh. downward angle on the upper hooding isnt ideal, but at least theyre hooded. I cant tell if hes sucking in his cheeks either, would have to see a video and then have him open his move slightly to prove theres no vacuum. great lower 3rd though.

Amnesia in these two pictures Id probably combine to something like PSL 6.35
