Main reason there is not looksmaxing advice for a genuine long face is because it is currently impossible to get a shorter face surgically. If your face is longish due to philtrum and maxilla then a lefort 1 impaction and lip lift can simulate a shortening. If it is your skull being peanuty and lacking width making it long then it is currently impossible to fix unfortunately.
