can anyone make a guide for a proper first cycle i know there is a guide saying pump in 500 test with ai and stuff in BOTB but 500mg of test seems moronic and test alone don't think will add me 8kg+ of lean mass in 8 to 10 week cycle so if anyone who is blessed with high iq please create one or if you know a thread post the link here thanks
