protrusive lower half of the face with recessed upper maxilla. brownoid. classic SEA features. may have needed a minor pull back of the jaws with bimax. a chin reduction wasnt gonna do anything for him. his chin was actually a good size. another case of an uneducated person getting random surgeries without researching what they really need. the doctor did butcher him though. jfl imagine ever going to a korean surgeon for anything jaw related with their retarded beauty standards
