OP, you've been a member since 2022. You admitted to seeing threads about botched implants, about the user with nerve damage. You knew what shit designs looked like and yet you still saw them and approved them. You knew that conservative designs are key for implants. Not enough with that, but you went to TURKEY to get them done, instead of going to one of the many highly recommended surgeons you can find if you spend even 10 minutes on this site.

1. Seek treatment in the west from a surgeon with extensive experience in implant removals
2. Take their advice, it may be that some of those implants can be repositioned, and potentially even reshaped / reinstalled, a competent surgeon will tell you
3. Go from there, if you need them removed, you can address any latency in the soft tissue with deep plane lifts

Yes that happens with cheek implants, but its not the stretching mechanism that causes laxity, its the literal repositioning of soft tissue, it has been MOVED and now needs to be moved back. Happens less with intra-oral insertions but anyway.

Also deep plane may not been needed, I've seen amazing results from endoscopic lifts.

Mane, I nearly forgot almost everything, but in the great scheme, giants adviced him to reheal his facial skin, for one and a half years, before getting his implants, basically OP had surgeries/implant’s beforehand unrealistic views upon that aswell, iirc this guy got elf- ears surgery or wanted to do it, but for the surgery with Giant as the designer, this guy wanted unrealistic bigger sized implants, Giants advices against it, but went all along tho, trying to fulfill his wish. This guy was impatient, and wanted to accelerate his surgery, switched his surgeons many times( 2 of them), then went upon himself to turkey for the surgery, while Giant was in Thailand chilling, while this guy messaged him, that he’s in turkey, giants couldn’t believe it, thinking this guys is joking. And there was also a quite complication with his design, apparently his and others patient designs didn’t got checked, they forgot to message it to OP, yeah, basically after his surgeries and shit, he basically tried to sue him with a lawsuit, but it went nowhere, since it got proven that’s it’s neither giants nor the surgeons fault blah blah blah. Giants tried to help this guy even after this incident, but yeah

believe what you want. i have posted my in depth reply on that thread. its funny how he didnt have a issue taking my money, placing unrealistic gigantic cheek implants in even after telling him my previous ones were too wide ( looking back they were natural compared to what giant did) but calls me difficult when i wanted my existing left jaw matched up to the right ( the side i was happy to leave alone as per out initial zoom call). he is in damage control and when you call out a narcisist on their mistakes they get triggered. i never wanted my surgery accelerated to the point of it not being safe. he is continueslly perpuetuating this narrative because it voids his imcomptence. i was happy to do it at the best possible safest time. all i ever asked for was a in depth consultation, planning, designs and for him to show me what is possible and how to fix the mess created. he never did that. so when the time comes for surgery its all done and all i gotta do is show up. if i was so difficult then why did it he play down my concerns. he would say things like " you need to relax, your case actually isnt that difficult so dont stress".
