botox as a fix for uneven eye exposure

my left eye sits marginally higher then my right and seems to consistently sit slightly more open.

would it be a potentially fix to inject a minimal amount of botox as to relax the area or would this be unless?

would a thread lift on the slightly lower eye be a better idea?

will send pictures to anyone who has a actually understanding of the concepts or with experience

i think it would be better to first find out why u have this assymetry. Maybe an xray or going to the doctor might help. Then from there a thread lift would probally work best
