Botox for nose tip

Didn’t find any other people who talk about it so I would like to get some help from people who have done it

So I have a slight down turned nose and when I smile it gets worse
And I have a little bump my idea is to get Botox for that and the maximum is that I have to renew

I seen Botox do some good transformations

I just want my nose to be straight my side profile is good this sets me a little off
