At least it got rid of my developing forehead lines.

But the brow drop itself is only 2-3mm where I needed around 8mm.

This procedure would be good for someone who is failoed only slightly by UEE but has not been enough to fix my dogshit upper eye area. This was the maximum. 40 units on the frontalis muscle. I have very little brow movement now.

I’ve included a slice from my CT as well in case anyone is curious what the bone looks like on a dogshit eye area. Would be curious to see the same slice from a Chad.

My eyebrow is now right on my brow ridge and any lower would be ridiculous.
I think my next options are:

A) Fat grafting - I’ve been denied fillers consistently here
Or
B) drop-down supraorbital implant - is this a thing? I drew it in red on the CT slice as well as an infra implant.
Or
C) leave it alone, do nothing, hunter eyes are a meme
Or
D) infraorbital implant with saddle reduces perceived UEE because of the change to the Frankfort plane angle, but probably not enough

No difference. Better to go for canthoplasty

Nice post, but reality is damn brutal for heavy failos

I know this is late but you also have ptosis so getting ptosis correction surgery would help also how much was the reverse brow lift and where did they inject

According to a surgeon that does ptosis repair I don’t have ptosis though.
It was just £200 and injected in two parallel lines across my forehead

Well in my opinion you may not have severe ptosis just excess upper eyelid skin , because if you had severe ptosis it would cover half of the iris or more but from the pictures it seems you don’t have that much ptosis . Imo you have both mild ptosis but not much and excess upper eyelid skin so it’s a mix of both . From what I can see you have mild scleral show plus a bit of negative hooding but neutral canthal tilt , I want to do diy reverse brow lift but I’m too young so I’ll have too wait till I’m older , did you see major eyebrow drop results after few weeks or so ?
