Although every so often you see a really good looking one like their is a 10/10 who works in my local pharmacy that has probs a perfect face. High cheekbones, almond shapes nose, almond eyes, great skin and no visible flaws. My guess is she's mixed or from some kind of subpopulation of Indians that are pretty rare though.
